From the awesome community amenities like the pool, gym, and skyline deck to the individual units, which offer incredible views and a great sense of privacy, anyone can find something to love about living at Modera.

submitted by August F. - |Recommended: YesLove Modera Cap Hill — Modera Cap Hill has exceeded all of our expectations The entire staff at Modera has been incredible and have made us feel extremely welcome. Bailey and Michael in the front office are some of the nicest and most helpful people you could ever hope to meet. Coming from the suburbs of Cincinnati to Downtown Denver we searched all over the city to find the perfect apartment in a fun and energetic neighborhood. After living here for six months we absolutely made the correct choice moving to Modera Cap Hill. The Property Manager Shannon has always checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and has done an outstanding job getting us through this tough Covid-19 crises . We live on the 8th floor and have neighbors on both sides of us. I have never heard a sound from anyone. The quality and detail in our unit is incredible. The only issues we've had since moving in was a light bulb went out in our built in master bath mirror and an unbalanced load caused the washing machine to display an error. The maintenance staff at Modera is wonderful. I picked up my iPhone clicked on the ResidenPortal app..described the issues and 24 hours later maintenance showed up at our door and fixed everything. On top of that one of the service men had actually worked on the team that built the building and I had a great chat with him. My main conversation with him was about what construction material did they use on the building to prevent noise because we could't believe how quiet our unit is. We love living at Modera Cap Hill and can't thank the office staff enough

submitted by Kevin L. - |Recommended: NoFine but not great first month — Im happy w my own apartment but not with the complex after one month. Some reasons - staff didn't show me to my room day 1 - staff didn't include welcoming box when I moved in. When brought up that my friend received one and not me, the staff didn't seem to care much. -staff said coat hangers were going to be installed before I moved in. They weren't. When brought up, staff made me feel like I was being unnecessarily needy. - espresso machine down often and has never had milk as advertised - lukewarm hotttub -peloton bike on week wifi with router far away. Causes it to pause often - two individual neighbors have told me of staff being rude to them, causing me to be reluctant to bring anything up. I would not recommend modera to friends vs comparable apartments in the neighborhood. I told my friend yesterday to sign with Radiant instead as they have been much better to my friends there.

submitted by Jessica D. - |Recommended: YesBrand New Apartment with nice appliances and nice design — I have never lived in a large apartment complex however I have been really enjoying my brand new apartment. The view from my balcony is calming. The amenities are nice. I like the style layout of the apartment, appliances, etc. Quite neighborhood considering being so close to downtown. Can hear some noise in next door apartment including hearing the blinds open and shut or if they play very loud music otherwise I have not been bothered or heard people talking etc. Front end staff very approachable, kind and accommodating.

Hoping this improves as the building matures, but concerned that when it actually fills there will be chaos.
